Peppermint tea.

I finally used up all of my tea bags (at work at least), so now I can start bringing loose tea to work again. I think I'm going to buy something like the teabox in the thumbnail and store my 4 favourite Rooibos tea in it, together with a spoon and some tea filters. That way I don't have to make teabags in advance

Idrial, buy an in cup infuser. They are pretty cheap and work beautifully.

Yeah the US Civil Rights track record is pretty poor. The 50's and 60's were a good but scary time.
