Just got a new code in my email today:

CA20Jul29

Promo text says it's for a select list of books and gives 20% off, expiring Aug 1st, 1 per customer. Probably only the last three parts of that are true and it'll be single-use, expiring after the upcoming Canadian holiday long weekend.

I don't think it is a select list of books, though they highlight the Man Booker Prize list in the same email, but rather select books AKA those not subject to agency pricing. In the ad they sent me, the pictures include a book by Danielle Steel, who has definitely not been nominated for a Booker.

WW20Jul29 did not work. I did not try US20Jul29

Finally found a book that wasn't blocked by publisher from promo codes. (of course it was for my wife.... haha)

I'm finding it increasingly difficult to find books on Kobo where promo codes aren't blocked due to publisher restrictions. Today I tried: Before I go to Sleep, A wild Surge of Guilty Passion, Bossypants, The Masters of Atlantis. Frustrating!

In general, books with only one price listed are subject to Agency pricing. There are books from places like Smashwords that seem to have only one price but can be discounted, but pretty much one price = no discounts.
