Lacking folders, I'm quite happy keeping less than 10 books on my Kindle. |

There may be a bunch of bugs in the software, and there may be some strange decisions with the design, but to me the only thing that matters are the text and the quality it is being displayed in. It can be compared to reading an old book with a beaten up and ugly cover, after a while the only thing I see is the text. Of course I am a bit biased since this is my first E-Reader, but I have always preferred when technology is simple and does not stray too far away from it's designated area of usage. Touch screen, wireless connection, internet browsers may be cool gimmicks, but it isnt vital for having a good reading experience. When i have read some more on my device i will write a small review on it. But if you have any questions regarding the device dont be afraid to ask

Your experience with the device will certainly be advantageous to some people that may be interested in it. And it's certainly a great think that you're offering yourself to answer any questions regarding the device ![]() That's the spirit |

"Dude, wanna play some iRiver Hero? I got booed by the crowd of English majors playing it last night cuz I had to look up too many words in 'Pride and Prejudice', but if I can get through 'War and Peace' I'll advance to the championship book reading tour and can win prizes like librarian groupies and stuff"

Ok, I threw together a quick test ePub that can be used to test parts of the ePub standard that some devices neglect. Could you let us know if it works properly with this? Thanks.

Hyperlinks: Not working, i had to use the table of contents to move around instead. Embedded fonts: Working flawlessly. Justification: No problem showing either left right or centered text. Coding: Lots of empty spaces and question marks here, but i mostly skimmed through that section of the test. Embedded page breaks: Works as intended. |

It's interesting that Kobo had the same problem with hyperlinks until they went in and fixed it themselves. I suspect this is actually a (major) bug in the current version of the Adobe RMSDK which will affect any vendor that simply dumps it on their device. |

Actually, there is no way to select the hyperlinks in the text and click them.

Hopefully, the USA launch of the device will speed upp the development of the firmware. |

The Story HD is the model that is slated to sell for $140 USD. The original Story, as I said before, sells for closer to $300 USD (at least every time I see it).
