And my partner and I were out having a run in it. We run in all weather conditions, but this week has been tough, even for us. Not much relief in sight today either with a high of 98F (heat index of 107). Really hoping we can get a storm this afternoon. Yes to the steam bath. I walked this morning from about 6 to 7. I checked the temp when I got back, and it was 76F with 88% humidity, so they've extended our Heat Advisory and the Air Quality Alert. Just ridiculously uncomfortable.
