I know exactly what you mean! When things get really ugly at work, and I'm being worn down .... my attention (and fingers) stray to my list of "To Be Purchased" ebooks - and I feel I really do deserve to buy another one - I really want to be reading a book, not enduring another crappy day at work.

Whenever I'm bored at work, I'll stray to bol.com, or amazon, or bob... Checking if my favourite books are finally available, if there are some fun new books... And sometimes I just (by accident, I promise!), I just click...

meh. my addiction has transferred from ebooks to pbooks. plus, i also realized that it seems that most of the books on my kindle are the ones i'm not so serious about, and the serious ones i have in pbook o.o

I ordered another 8 pbooks yesterday. They are 2nd hand and I only really wanted one reasonably rare Neal Asher short story collection, but ordering just ONE felt wrong!

At least I got 15% off since I bought more than four.

Hm. We are all here on the forums because we are voracious readers. Most of us traded the pbook-buying for ebook-buying due to physical restrictions, but booklovers we are and will be. If we are cured from that, what will become of us?
