Welcome to the forum. I see you are the owner of a Cybook Gen3. I would suggest you take a look at the threads in the forum giving information and answering all kinds of questions about the Cybook Gen3. That would be a start and very helpful to you. If you are having problems, just ask the question and you'll get an answer from the very knowledgeable people on this forum. I bought a Cybook Gen3 myself about two months ago and I'm enjoying using it very much indeed. I got plenty of information and help here. Good luck.
