Yes , but for every order sent through the retailer means fewer left for those of us who go direct .

How much extra were you charged? Bank fees should (where they apply) be no more than about 2% of the transaction amount.

Hi Harry ,

The extra charge was 10.50 GBP , but the bank can offer no explanation , so they have agreed to ' write ' off the difference .

So I am happy all round ........

Just for anyone else wondering on shipping times, to give people an idea: I ordered on March 9th, number 125xx, and I got my FedEx shipment notification in my e-mail today at 12:10PM (EST) saying the package was scheduled to ship today.

This sucks, I placed my order March 18th, I figured give it a week or two. Ha! that was before I read this thread with my order number being 1347x I doubt I will get mine before May. What's worse is that I have a 13 hr flight on April 12th. I thought for sure that I would have my cybook for the flight.

hmm ok that was 2 days after me (1322...) and I have been told that mine *should* ship next week. Even though my shipping date is speculative it sounds like there is a chance you will get it sooner than may at least....

The May shipping date applies only to orders placed AFTER it appeared. If it wasn't there when you placed your order, you should get your Gen3 from the deliveries Bookeen are expecting in the next week or so.

wow I need my eyes tested. In fact it shipped 2 days ago and I got it yesterday! Very nice surpise given that I had a shipping date of 31st March - 4th April! Anyway, charging it now :-)
