I've been considering buying MBT shoes because of all the benefits they offer. I haven't found a pair I like yet. Yours are OK though!

Ahh, sneakers.
All rubber inside....not my shoe to wear. I tend to get shoes with all leather inside for my feet to breath or absorb any perspiration.

When you're wearing MBT shoes, you're walking differently. Using more muscles. Better walking position. My mom used to have a pair, and she said it's a big difference. You should check out their website and see for yourself how it works!

@Beppe: The problem I have with their shoes is that they all look so bulky. I'd have to try them on to know whether I like them or not

I usually don't like to buy clothing online, but I know this type of dress is perfect for my figure. And with this company it's also very easy to return something that doesn't fit or you don't like after all.

Socks only absorb the perspiration. When a foot is surrounded by rubber it is like living in a greenhouse. Even cotton rich socks can absorb only so much of it.
When you have a lot of leather inside, a foot perspires less to start with, because it can breath.
