Why do you work long periods of time without days off?
I used to work at factory like that but I was probably 20 years younger than you are right now.

More tea leaves and the tea is better. Although still not on par with Sencha.
Next time I am going to try lower temp., like ProfCrash is doing.

Second infusion of Kabusecha.
Don't like it.

In the guide I mentioned before, they suggest Steep 2 - Flash* - 30 Sec.
*A "Flash" steep refers to a "pour through" steeping, where you simply add water at the correct temperature and immediately decant into your serving pitcher or cups.
How can I immediately decant and steep for 30 second at the same time. It is either the former or the latter
I cannot pour 300ml for 30 seconds!

The experiment goes on!
