Peter Connelly grew up dissatisfied with his boring, lonely life—until an old man pulled him out of school one day, and his life turned into anything but boring and lonely.

The old man revealed that Peter's parents, instead of going to an office, visit a magical island country called Pimrise every day, where they work at the island’s most famous map-making shop, Connelly & Connelly. He tells Peter that Pimrise is his true home. Peter is made an apprentice at the map-making shop, meets friends and an adoptive elder brother, and learns of the island’s dark history and a mysterious rogue vigilante called the Incognito.

This book follows Peter’s adventures as he learns more about the evil on the island and journeys to discover the identity of the Incognito himself.

Incognito is the first in a series of five called Connelly & Connelly. I'm very excited to release it since I haven't come out with a new title in over a year and a half.

Alas, so many of us do not own Kindles or do not shop at Amazon and thus can't/won't consider buying your ebook. Perhaps you should think about making it available at Smashwords.

This is a very confusing description; you may wish to consider revising it:

"He"... "he's"... who does "he" refer to? It's not at all clear.

The mysterious rogue vigilante is following Peter's adventures? Or do you mean the book title? Again, clarify, eg by putting the book title in quotes if that's what you're referring to.

The description of your book is what will attract people to it. It's worth spending time working on it and getting it right.

Thanks so much for the editing! I've revised the description to make it more concise and understandable as per your suggestions.

I'm always accepting of criticism, so if you have any complaints, throw them at my inch-thick skin.

As for Smashwords--I still have yet to slog through the formatting requirement handbook, though I've been working at it. I'll post a link once I upload the book.

Okay, Incognito is now available on Smashwords.

It probably won't be on premium distribution for the next few years. No matter how hard I try to follow the 70-some page style guide they find some sort of gripes with it every time I upload and have it converted (which alone takes up to 10 hours, and some have reported longer).

Sigh. Well, it's now available! *attempts to put his hair back in after ranting about Smashwords*
