Are the covers that are not transferring ones that you've added to the book using Calibre's metadata editor? Do they show up if you view the ePub from within Calibre? If you change the cover, you generally need to do an ePub to ePub conversion within Calibre to make the cover "stick" to the book.

To clarify, what I mean when I ask if the covers are showing within Calibre is if you actually OPEN the book within Calibre and view it in Calibre's book viewer, does the cover show in the actual book? Often a cover will show in Calibre's library view, but not within the book itself.

Might as well delete this thread as Jack doesn't really care about this issue. He's started another thread and screwed that one up royally and now this one.
