problem opening kobo book

Hello there,

Maybe someone encountered the same problem. I paid for an e-book on kobo store and can't read it neither with adobe epub viewer nor with kobo pc app/apple iphone app. On the pc app it says that the book is locked or corrupt. With adobe it shows completely blanc white pages. On iphone it even does not open saying that "there is an issuee opening this item, Please re-downloiad the item". I contacted the support team 4 days ago but no answer yet. I suspect that the book itself is corrupt.

Howdy, I can reproduce the issue and we know what the problem is. I'm working on a resolution. I'll follow up.

George... Take the evening off! It's a long weekend and the last thing we want is to see burnt out Kobo staff!

Agree, but what amazing service. I love the way these guys browse the forums and keep us up to date.

Loving it - so much faster than my original kobo. And it's the middle of winter here so I don't need an excuse to stay inside reading.

I've spent far too long on here though when I could have been reading. But it's a good way to find out about all the features. I never knew that calibre had a content server and I've been fiddling round with that today so thanks for the tip. I managed to get it working on my PC but can't get it working on my kobo yet so will keep trying.

So I'm a happy camper, a KT convert.
