Need transfer help, Nook1 to Nook2, ADE or Calibre

Greetings! I need some help with library management / transfer.
I have a new Nook Simple Touch, and need to transfer my non-Barnes & Noble content from my Nook Classic.

I use Adobe Digital Editions to transfer public library books and PDFs. ADE shows all the content on the Nook when it's connected. However, I don't see a way to upload the 'Documents' [non-B&N] content to ADE from the Nook1, so that I can connect the ST and download those documents.

I'm a novice Calibre user, but so far Calibre only shows my PDFs, but not my ePubs, from the Nook1 'Documents' directory. It also shows the purchased books and magazines, but these were already transferred from B&N when I registered it.

The sales people at the B&N store were only in the know about the B&N content. I've combed the interwebs and help files for ADE and Calibre, as well as this forum, and haven't found an answer yet.
