Now that's more like it . I haven't had an (alcoholic) drink since Tuesday (when it was Gordon's Gin), and I'm very much looking forward to the weekend. I will certainly be lifting a glass while I watch Murray this evening.

When I walk into a library there are many books. I look at them and wonder what is inside them all but I can't. When I read this thread and hear of the many brews you are all drinking and wonder what they taste like. I feel like I'm from the wrong side of the tracks because I've never heard of them.

Good, that means that you are not starving yourself or doing something silly to be the size of a twig.

Pot one of Rooibos Vanilla.

They have recently changed coffee systems at the office. It seems that folks have not been paying for their coffee in the little can they way that they are suppose to so they moved from a make your own cup expensive system to the giant pots of crap coffee.

They sent out an email telling people that they will confiscate individual coffee makers that are brought into the office. So my nice water dispenser went home and my Cuisinart electric kettle came in. I can put it in my desk at the end of the night so that is a good thing. I also like that I can brew any cup of tea that I want because I set the temperature at the time I am heating the water unlike the water dispenser where I needed to set the temp and wait for it to cool or heat up.

I doubt that this twig has starved herself into this shape.

I had never heard of Pu Erh, Keemun, and Lapsang until I got to this thread. Before that I had never heard of Bancha or Sencha, never min Kabusecha and a whole host of Oolongs.

My tea journey started 10 years ago with Republic of Tea and I continue to run into new teas and learn things about how to brew tea.

If you want to get started let us know and we will be happy to help and start you off with flavors and teas that match your flavor profile.

you're not alone it's worse for me: if I wanna try 'weird' tea (by 'weird' I mean Rooibois and Pu Erh and stuffs) I have to order them overseas and it's not convenient for me. We don't have those teas in Vietnam.

Flavor profile: WOW. How do you do that? I've been to the local tea place. It's exactly as I said. A library. Too many to know.

In the tea shop they don't have fiction, self help, mystery, etc.
