eta: looks like I'm having the problem others reported. i don't WANT any of the ones that would qualify (24.99). The ones I like, mostly by decalgirl, are just under the price. So maybe I won't use this offer after all. ![]() Last edited by shibamistress; 06-26-2011 at 03:51 PM. |

I just bought one of the $19.95 skins using the $15 off KSO offer and it did work. The email I got when I redeemed the offer clearly said you have to spend $20, but I completed the purchase and got the $15 off even though the skin I bought was $19.95. (It also used my gift card balance :->.)
I wouldn't normally have bought a skin, but for $4.99, I thought I'd give it a try. |

I like the idea of skins but I fail at applying them. So does my other half.
I was really looking forward to the camping offer but from browsing around there really isn't much that we don't already have lmao. |

I got the kindle skin deal....got one of the $19.95 ones. since I ended up getting the white kindle, I REALLY need the skin so my kindle doesn't end up looking as messy as my macbook!
I threw a couple of other things in the cart too to get free shipping: boring but needed stuff like a US to euro wall adaptor plug, etc.... |

That's why the Invisibledefenders skins appealed to me. They come on a large clear sheet of plastic designed so you can hold it taught and flat and see through to the Kindle below. Also, as they cover the keyboard, the wear problem on the graphite models is taken care of and they have cut outs in the rear for the speakers. People who have applied them say that the cut out for the 5 way control makes the front decal very easy to line up.

I was just playing AdMash and there was a new offer in there that isn't even in my .assets folder yet. Save $25 when you spend $50 on Baby products.

"# Offer must be used for a single Kindle skin purchase on Amazon.com"
However, at least one reader on my blog used the discount on a $19.95 skin... For shipping - sign up with Amazon Mom and get free prime for a trial period. |

Well I need help with the skins. I'm buying a kindle for my brother (16th birthday) and I told him to check out the skins to see if there was anything he might want. He gave me 2 and told me to surprise him. Infinity and Abolisher Help me decide lol. |

Abolisher has better reviews for image quality and has color. My vote.

Hi all,
I'm new here, and just wanted to add my experience. I was able to get a 19.99 skin and used a promotion code with no problems...so I guess that works. Now, on the other hand, GPS offer did not show on my Kindle. Since my GPS does not calibrate properly (I've had it for over 6 years so it served me well), I thought I'd like to take advantage of the offer. A while ago, when I just got the Kindle, one of the offers was missing so CS rep credited my account for the value of the offer (I think it was 10$ for $20 gift card) without any problems. I called CS to inquire about the missing GPS offer and was given quite a bit of run around. At one point, the CS rep even stated she was not aware of this offer so I have to quote the Amazon web site that had it listed. To make the long story short, I asked to speak to the supervisor, and after a lengthy wait and some explaining I got $20 credit to my account. So, if you have an offer missing, call CS and be persistent - while they may not have a way to push the offer specifically to your Kindle (at least that's what the CS was claiming), they can still give you credit. Hope this helps... ![]() |

ummm ... guilty of doing just this (and got same credit) ... twice even (i already have a $10 credit for the current $10 gc offer and all I did was ask if the books I had purchased would qualify for the offer, since one was paid for by a promotional credit).
