^ yeah...I hear ya Stitchawl. Indeed, I know even the limited pizza options in HK are prolly more plentiful than you have in Japan.

I spent a lot of time in Atlanta, GA and my favorite is the sour dough thick crust large Everybodies mushroom pizza (with extra sauce and mushrooms).

![]() A local shop makes a thin crust white pizza (butter garlic sauce) with bacon, onion and tomato. I make a deep dish with hot sausage, mushrooms, green pepper and onion that is fantastic. I've had friends show up on a Saturday morning with the fixings and instructions that they'll be over later with beer and dvd's. |

I had a thin crust pizza that was cracker-thin with scallpos and bacon to top it at the Salem, MA edition of a Boston-area pizza chain when I was there visiting a cousin. It was pretty amazing.

The Pizza Man in Covington, LA does a pretty awesome crabmeat and artichoke heart pizza on thinnish crust. I like thin crust and will eat just about anything on top of a pizza. |

The best pizza I found was a marinaria made by a Italian guy back in Mexico City. Besides that, my favorite topping was chicken and Canadian bacon, but I have not found this outside Mexico City.

These days (being 2,000 kilometers away) I settle with a home made pizza with ham and mushrooms. |
