Title says it all! MR is international so this should be a lively thread

Me:
Fed wins #17. After a good showing at Roland Garros, Fed is still the man to beat on grass. This will be his toughest test at Wimbledon yet.

But he's gonna have to start doing more of this from now on:

Sharapova. Will be seeking to make up for a mentally poor effort in Paris [all credit to Na Li though!].

Come on people...Bring it on!

hi les,

we have two girls that I will follow, Schiavone and Pennetta. Two fighters. Our boys are way down ... the drain.

I hope to find the time to watch some. I might even keep the live score on ...

yeah, but look, tennis is a duel and those two just do not have any punch, just endurance and tricks.

I was hoping for a more "general" tennis thread, but this will do.

I do not make predictions, I do not play fantasy tennis, I just follow the people I like.

As I stated in the other thread, I hope that the Williams sisters will go far and I want Andy Murray to win his first major.

When they're not on the court I will cheer on the Americans, and a hand full of other players (mostly on the men's side).

I'm hoping to see the return of the Williams sisters (if they can stay healthy) - both in singles & in doubles. They give quite a show in doubles play!

They are awesome in doubles, but I don't think they could handle that this year, at least not at Wimby; hopefully at the USO though.

I'm really worried about Serena's lungs. I think it is why she lost at Eastborne, unless that was a strategic retreat to allow her to get ready for Wimbledon. She's down playing it as much as possible (which is the Williams way with all injuries), but she was seriously out of breath in her last match.

Thanks for the link! I agree - Serena hasn't been at all near her form since her pulmonary blood clot scare. It seems to have affected her lung function severely! And continues to do so.

At the risk of sounding like a horrible person, Donald Young has been such a disappointment. He was just beaten by another American Alex Bocomolov, Jr. - whom I don't know.

Rafa is making short work of American Michael Russell in the 3rd set. Michael has made some great points, though, through out the match.
