			You really shouldn't call them 'dirt', that offends many traditional doctors in Asia. They have names, beautiful names, actually. And good effects on health. Although I do agree with you its look isn't appealing, and I personally hate its smell and taste; the majority like it in China and here in Vietnam too. They put all of those roots and barks and whoknowswhatitis in chicken hotpots.
