When I log in to MR, I go straight to the "User CP" menu option, top left. I am then presented with a list of all the topics I am subscribed to that have had a new posting. Much easier than wading through email updates, IMO. Rooibos in my cup.

As for my Russian Morning blend. Yes, astra, it is a very good one! So far, I love nearly all Kusmi teas I bought. There is a flavoured black I am not so keen on Prince Vladimir (Blend of Chinese black tea flavoured with citrus, vanilla and spices.) Others are superb, the green nanah for example or the green roses and they do the most wonderful grey blends like Anastasia or the flower bouquet, which was the favourie of Tzar Nicolas. Now that makes me feel a decadent dissident

 1. Not ALL new posts. Only new Threads. 2. Not ALL, only from chosen forums, only 8 from 50+ (look below). As you can see in the example of the today's email with the new threads posted in General Discussions - it lists 5 new threads. So, instead of browsing the General Discussions forum, I receive 1 email notification in the morning with the list of the new threads in the last 24 hours. There are 50+ forums? I am only interested in Quote:
In the example of today's news letter from General Discussions there are 5 new. I am not interested in any one. I just deleted this email. I do not have to go to General Discussions today and browse it.
