You can make a wiki book here in ODF or PDF format and then convert it as needed.

I've done it, and as long as your "book" doesn't get too big, it works well.

Sadly, there already is one. It also then leads you thru submitting it as a Kindle book to the Amazon store. Thus lowering the quality of the actual books there, once more.
