https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/54802 Currently 50% off untill 25th June using Coupon Code: QK35X @ smashwords.com

Harriette Madyson is the last woman alive. Twenty years ago her world came to an end when a zombie plague engulfed the population of Earth. At the tender age of seven she found herself in a nightmarish situation where the dead literally returned to life. Left with little to use and nowhere to hide Harri now finds herself stalked across the frozen desolate landscape of North America pursued by the former love of her life. All that she has to keep her going is the hope that she can make it home to die in peace.

Survival After The Zombie Apocalypse
https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/54954
Konnor Roland picks up from where Harriett Madyson left off in the next installment of the Zombie Apocalypse series.
In the last bastion of the old world, Konnor finds humanity’s future threatened again, as the machinery of the past they have grown reliant on breaks down.
With little choice, Konnor must enter an old military underground bunker full of danger and death to repair a water purifier before mass panic ensues above ground, bringing an end to the last survivors of the Zombie Apocalypse.

I recently put my YA Science Fiction novel out through Amazon and Smashwords. It's my first attempt at a sort of pulp-y sf story and one I wrote specifically to be accessible to my kids. I hope you'll check out the preview.

Mike just noticed that we only have 66 more books to go to reach 20,000 sold for the month so far! Of course, the majority of this is from In Her Name: Empire being free on Amazon! Still, it's increasing the sales for all his other books! Wooo-hooo!

In Her Name: Omnibus got a 4 Star.

Season of the Harvest got two 5-Stars yesterday!

and

In Her Name: First Contact got a 5-Star yesterday!

Woo-hooo!

Draugr, a YA horror novel, is free on iBooks and on Smashwords. Nothing like a little Old Norse horror to brighten your day.

New Horror Short From Chris Bauer: SPECIAL CHARTER

About Special Charter:

When the original purchaser no longer needs their airline ticket, Cliff buys it for a bargain price. Upon boarding, he realizes he has nothing in common with the passengers. When his flying companions reveal a variety of destinations and arrival times, it means little. That is, until he discovers the flight is a Special Charter. A work of short horror from our Spectres line.

About Author Chris Bauer:

Like his favorite author, Chris Bauer started writing mid-life as an unemployed oil company executive. He has published more than two dozen stories. He is currently working on a novel when not disguising real life as short stories. Chris is a long-time member of Writers Under the Arch in St. Louis, Missouri, where he lives in the shadows of Franz Kafka, Rod Serling, and the Gateway Arch. He spends winter in Bay City, California, and summer in Arkham, Massachusetts. Chris first appeared with Untreed Reads with his horror short A Killer of a Deal.

How to Purchase Special Charter:

Special Charter has a retail price of $1.50, and is available from The Untreed Reads Store (http://store.untreedreads.com) in EPUB, MOBI (Kindle), LIT (Microsoft Reader), PDF, PDB (Palm Reader), HTML and RB (Rocket eBook/Fictionwise Reader) formats.

You’ll also find Special Charter at Amazon, BarnesAndNoble.com and OmniLit.com. These retailers will also be discounting the title. It will soon be available at most of the great retailers listed on the right side of our site.

Not seeing it at your favorite retailer on our list? It will be there shortly! It sometimes may take our distributors a week or two from release to post the title.

Be sure to check out our complete catalog of titles by visiting the new OUR TITLES tab at the top of our homepage, or use our new easy-to-search features in the updated Untreed Reads Store.

All Untreed Reads titles are available for every platform and device, including the iPad, nook and Kindle. All titles are compatible with all reading applications. Title selection at individual retailers may vary depending on what they choose to carry.

The Loki Wolf
Northern Frights 3

"On the third night the worst nightmare -- the very worst -- invaded my mind. Loping behind me was a gigantic wolf, its jaws snapping together and tearing off pieces of my flesh. There was no blood. No pain. But bit by bit he swallowed chunks of my body until nothing of Angela Laxness remained."
When Angie dreams about being devoured by a giant wolf, her parents tell her it is only her imagination. But later, while on a vacation in Iceland with her grandfather and two cousins, she begins to wonder if the dream wasn't a warning. First, there are strange scratches outside her window. Then she finds out that sheep have recently been disappearing from her uncle's farm. But it isn't until she and her cousins go to the old croft house that they discover the horrifying truth.

The Loki Wolf is a Northern Frights book, a series of novels based on Norse mythology. Draugr, the first book in the series, was nominated for a Saskatchewan Book Award and a Small Press Book Award.

Thanks. It was a dream come true. And travelling to the US to see some of the shoot, well it was just surreal, but in a good way

Daily Cheap Reads

Daily Cheap Reads posted the Amazon description of my e-story. While my sales aren't going through the roof, the posting has spiked my sales. It will be interesting to see how many stories I'll sell.

When I took out a one-day subscription on Kindle Nation Daily, I sold about 30 e-stories, even though I didn't have a single review on Amazon.

With the film shot by an independent company on a limited budget certain scenes had to be adapted, but the screenplay follows the novel for the most part.

I released Broken this week. Enjoy!

Broken: A Paranormal Romance

Three days before her twenty-fourth birthday, Katherine Gregory receives a letter from her deceased mother. It details a faery curse in which the eldest child in each generation will die in their twenty-fifth year.

Three days before her twenty-fourth birthday, a new love interest comes knocking, and her first love has returned – neither men are what they seem, and Katherine may have to choose between them.

Three days before her twenty-fourth birthday, Katherine must decide if this is all real, or if the strange visions she’s been having are just a figment of her imagination.

The race to unravel the mystery begins, and Katherine must solve it – for any day after her birthday could be her last.

New Crime Short From Lesley A. Diehl: MOTHER GETS A LIFT

About Mother Gets a Lift:

Angela Baker should be thrilled at having given birth to her third baby, but her mother always finds a way of spoiling the moment. This time Mom takes a cruise specializing in plastic surgery and ends up overboard, murdered and leaving Angela to identify the body. But is it Mom? Angela isn’t certain but, then again…who would be? The woman has become unrecognizable as a result of too many little “procedures.”

Pushed by a detective determined to close the book on the murder, Angela does her own investigating and turns up more than one mother as well as the knife-wielding doctor from hell.

About Author Lesley A. Diehl:

Lesley retired from her life as a professor of psychology and reclaimed her country roots by moving to a small cottage in the Butternut River Valley in upstate New York. In the winter she migrates to old Florida—cowboys, scrub palmetto, and open fields of grazing cattle, a place where spurs still jingle in the post office. Back north, she devotes her afternoons to writing and, when the sun sets, relaxing on the bank of her trout stream, sipping tea or a local microbrew. She was winner of the 2009 Sleuthfest short story contest sponsored by Mystery Writers of America, Florida Chapter. She is the author of A Deadly Draught released by Mainly Murder Press and Dumpster Dying from Oak Tree Press. Her short story Murder with All the Trimmings appeared in the Untreed Reads anthology The Killer Wore Cranberry.

How to Purchase Mother Gets a Lift:

Mother Gets a Lift has a retail price of $1.99, and is available from The Untreed Reads Store (http://store.untreedreads.com) in EPUB, MOBI (Kindle), LIT (Microsoft Reader), PDF, PDB (Palm Reader), HTML and RB (Rocket eBook/Fictionwise Reader) formats.

You’ll also find Mother Gets a Lift at Amazon, BarnesAndNoble.com and OmniLit.com. These retailers will also be discounting the title. It will soon be available at most of the great retailers listed on the right side of our site.
