The sequel - Legion (1983) - is already an ebook.

Perfect example of a backlist book that should be under $5! Maybe they'll lower the price once it's been out for awhile...though I doubt it. This will be a library read for me.

This is one of the few books that have made me turn every light in the house on, lock every door, and jump at every sound I heard.
+1 for sure. I read in in junior high because I was too young to see the movie when it came out.

As an adult I can look at both the movie and book and laugh, especially after reading the history behind it, but as a kid it scared the heck out of me.

The movie traumatized my 11 yo brain. Years later, I got creeped out even by that spoof with Leslie Nielsen.

Disney's "Sleeping Beauty" traumatized my 6-yo brain. Scary witch.

The other was Pet Sematary (when is it ever going to be available as an ebook?)
1408 by King and House of Leaves by Mark Danielewski did this to me.
