We also call them bungalow parks, although many have other accommodations available besides bungalows such as hotel-apartments (like the one I'm going to), but some rent out smaller cabins or people can bring their own caravan. Often the parks have lots of trees and water to give it a more rural atmosphere. There's a central area where you can shop, dine and swim and around the park there are various activities for both kids and adults.

I'm going to the Eemhof (one of the Center Parcs parks). When I was young we went to this park several times and you can take nice walks and bicycle trips in and around the park.

Today I committed an act of arson and burned a family out of their home. And I'm glad I did it. Not only am I glad I did it, I would do it again.

It all started after I moved the old grill out of the yard. When I went back for the wooden pallet it had sat upon, I was attacked by a swarm of yellowjackets that had homesteaded in the pallet. I was stung twice by the beasts. That ticked me off, so I got a can of wasp spray I had on hand and saturated the pallet. Then I set off a bug bomb on top of the pallet. Then I lifted a corner of the pallet and threw a bug bomb under it. Finally, I saturated the pallet with lighter fluid, tossed charcoal on it, and set it ablaze. It burned for four hours, until there was nothing but cinders. A few minutes ago I saw five yellowjackets hovering over the carnage looking for their home. I just sneered and hosed them with water.

Go live on the street, suckers. Your home isn't coming back.

You have no idea!

In the garage we have some mud daubers, but I leave them alone. They're rarely aggressive unless you mess with them.

The sting on my stomach doesn't hurt anymore, but my hand still itches from that sting.

Not particularly close, but I was quite fond of her. Bloke's dad's brother's wife. she was one of those cheeky old ladies with a memory like an elephant. She used to tell me things I had said twenty years ago (to embarass me I think). I am hoping I gave up smoking long enough ago that I don't die like she did. Gasping for breath.
