			The html-size is great!!

Looking at my library, I found that 2000 epubs are smaller than 260K You could change the start-condition in: formats:epub and size:">260K" to speedup the process Again: GREAT! |

@drMerry - such a check wouldn't work. As if you have multiple formats size contains the size of the largest, not the size of the ePub. Even if you had only ePubs such a check would rely on the size being up to date, which this plugin can also do but is not guaranteed to have run first.

Glad you are enjoying the functionality anyways. |

It won't eliminate all smaller epubs, but It will skip some. About the up to date info of the size, is it often not up-to-date? And if not, how many wouldn't be? |

Often enough for someone else one day to potentially complain about the integrity of the check.

If you want to exclude them yourself, just setup a search restriction before you run Quality Check. |

As epubs are packed, the size of some of them will be smaller than the 260K limit, but when on the reader and unpacked to be displayed some may then be over that limit.

If you had epub with one html file that's 300K when packed would probably result in entire epub below the 260K. So setting a search/filter would not nessecarily allow you to match all the ones you want. |

				css checks

This could apply to more formats than epub, but epub is all I really care about it for.

There are a number of types of epub formatting that aren't necessarily easily be fixed programmatically, but should be easy to detect programmatically:
There are probably similar types of checks on the css that could be done, but these are common ones I find myself detecting and fixing manually all the time. |

@Idolse - for now this just includes the first of the three checks you listed, which I consider the most useful and least controversial. You are absolutely correct that there is a number of possibilities for CSS checks. Another that comes to mind is looking for font-family declarations (for people who like to strip these out to use their reader's default fonts). |

@capnm - that is possible, I had to make a change related to that code,, because it wasn't compatible with highlighting being turned on. I will push a fix in a few hours time.

Another qualitycheck I was thinking of:

Author in title. Somethimes you have books like: title:"author - title" author:"author" or title:"title" author:"title" a check to see if the author is stated in the title (ignoring case) would help find these books. |
