Not a bad season so far, you've only missed a few (I think 4 or 5) episodes from BBCA. No they aren't in America anymore, that only lasted 2 episodes.

I hope that FBI agent makes his way back into the series (or, going from the double-ep's denouement, possibly Torchwood ). He was very cool.

In the Wikipedia entry for the series, it starts with the line...

"Torchwood is a Welsh science fiction television program..."

The important word there is "is". Take a look around for "Torchwood: Miracle Day" and be happy.

Venting and Ranting about not being able to 1) get a Google ebook because Googlebooks is not available in Canada, and 2) can't read the ebook I just bought because iTunes won't let me download the Nook app for my iPad, also because I'm in Canada. GRRR!

Try using an IP changer. No reason for anyone to know where you are if you don't want them to. There are several very easy to use programs available these days. Do a search for 'IP changer' or 'IP hide.' There are free programs as well as those in the $15-$45 range.

I knew there was another season in the works but I didn't know it was going to be on Starz, I knew they were co-producing but not airing it .... I don't have Starz .... crap! I hope they show up on BBCA eventually.

This isn't so much a vent/rant as it is an expression of bafflement. I've been having such strange dreams lately that I spend half an hour every morning trying to re-establish reality.

A few days ago I had a dream that I got a dog. Now in the dream, the dog was actually the dog I already have in reality. So when Teddy Bear woke me up that morning, I was like, "There's a doggie in my room! A cute doggie! He's real!" with this amazing sense of wonder. Meanwhile, Teddy was looking at me like I lost my mind, wondering why I wasn't opening the door so he could go into the hallway like we do every morning. Reality came back to me, leaving me feeling rather silly. I mean, I've had this dog for over two years. He's been waking me up every day for TWO YEARS.

This morning's pre-waking dream also involved my dog. I lost him, but I wasn't worried because I knew a lady had him. And somehow I ended up with her dog. In this dream my Dad was still alive and my parents were still together, and we were staying at another woman's house. POOH: Don't read the part behind the spoiler tag!!

The woman had something to do with chickens. She kept talking about chickens. The house seemed clean but there was food everywhere in weird places, and my dad came into the kitchen and said, "This place is a mess. I found chicken heads in the heat vents."


There was also a train, like the old circus trains, but it was hooked up to a pickup truck and all the train cars had dogs in them.

I think maybe the heat is getting to my brain.
