Connecting Flash Drive

My new PE is making me feel dumb...

I'm about to try the Ermine update but first wanted to backup to a thumb drive. I don't have much data on the PE, since it's only 2 days old, but thought it would still be a good idea.

The problem: My usual flash drive does not seem to fit in the USB port. Am I missing something? I must be missing something, right?

maybe you are trying it upside down? The Usb port is standard

You gave me the courage to push a little harder. I'm prone to breaking stuff and so was hesitant.
