Three Musketeers - all for one and one for three... or four... or is it two?

I'd really like to read all of Dumas' Three Musketeers books in the right order. But it's all terribly confusing. As I understand it, it goes something like this:

Volumes 1 and 2 are "The Three Musketeers" and "Twenty Years After". So far so good. Then it seems that Volume 3 is called "The Vicomte De Bragelonne" but is split into a number of volumes. There seem to be a number of different ways of splitting these volumes, and the ones on Project Gutenberg are split one way, but then they've decided to split them another way, and I'm not sure whether this project is complete or not. I've ended up with books called "The Vicomte De Bragelonne", "Ten Years Later", "Louise de la Valliere" and "The Man in the Iron Mask". But "The Vicomte De Bragelonne" and "Ten Years Later" both start with the same chapter. And to confuse matters further, there's also a file on Gutenberg called "The Vicomte De Bragelonne or Ten Years After" which starts differently!

Could anyone explain things to me, or even better, point to free editions, preferably in mobi, pdf or html format which are complete without repeating themselves?

OK, I now understand how you split your files when you made these ebooks, but I can't use them because I've got an iLiad. I thought I was following the explanation in the introduction to the new Gutenberg version, and was using their serial numbers rather than titles, but then I got to volume three and discovered it started with chapter 32, when the previous volume had finished on 60-something.

It's not helped by the fact that some distributors of ebooks have taken the Gutenberg versions without realising there are different versions with the same title, and lump mismatched sets together.

You wouldn't happen to know (or have) the files on which you made your lrf versions, would you?

If you read French, I've created PDF versions (formatted for eBook readers) of the whole series. Only the first book has been uploaded here, as it's the only one I have proofread, but I'll upload the others when I read them.
