Address and calendar synchronisation?

I bought myself an edge for Christmas, and I am impressed with it. Very impressed.

Of course I do have a few minor issues with it, I expected those and I knew about most of them before I bought it.
It is indeed almost impossible to scroll through a website without opening every link my finger (or stylus) passes. I can live with that.
The battery doesn't last too long. Not quite a day. Turning off the wifi helps .. a bit, I can live with that.
The tube application doesn't play any films. I can live with that (and I didn't bought an edge for youtube anyway).

Now for a few questions..
Is there a simple way to synchronise my outlook address book (email addresses) with the edge?

Is there a simple way to synchronise my outlook calendar with the edge?

For both one way synchronisation (outlook to edge) would be nice to have. not vitally important, but nice.

There does not seem to be a way to import or sync any contacts or calendars with the Edge. I settled for adding the most important contacts manually. There is an app listed on the forum somewhere, Touchdown, available for purchase, that may do what you need.

Thank you Cheyennadonna .. I have tried to get Touchdown to work, I'm not sure if it does what I would like it to do. It seems it will only connect to exchange server, not directly to outlook ..

... ... just like mentioned in about a ton of earlier forum messages

There are some apps to import contacts or calendar entries which have been exported before as vcard, ics, ical etc. It works more or less...
