This is almost funny, except that many of us have been sitting on pins and needles all day (and half the weekend). I tried the update app and the notifications option (from the home screen). Neither worked for me. Each method claims there's no update available and my eDGe is up to date.

I think it is time for the EE staff to let us know about what's going on...

Agree. The eDGe twitter feed is also reporting as of roughly 5:00 EST that the udpate is live.

Guaranteed method to PO your users:
Announce that the update is live but don't really put it out there.....

3:48 here in Albuquerque and no sign of the update. I also do not see the post on Facebook referred to by skapsal. Anybody have news?

It is my guess that their update server has crashed..

It's happened in the past where there's been a disconnect between the people doing the releasing, and the person that maintains the website, FaceBook and Twitter, although in the past we've had the release with no announcement/release notes.

Knowing what releases are like at my own company, it's probably a zoo at enTourage in trying to get this release out

(It's a silly post but 1. I am getting pretty shifty 2. I was just one away from becoming a senior member and 3. I am out of things to do.)

I am suffering from the same palpable amalgamation of frustration and stressed out boredom I always felt as a child when forced to go with mother and sisters on clothes shopping expedition. It actually physically hurts.
