			Yep. Sounds like you don't have permissions for the Exchange server. Contact the server adminsitrator. Many companies have strict policies about who can have mobile access to their Exchange servers.

			I downloaded the executive assistant app from marketplace through the emulator.  It syncs with my google calendar, which I have syncing with my outlook calendar.  Now, all I have to do is update my outlook calendar, and it syncs to my blackberry, google, and EE.  I found that this is the best way to go for me.  There is a free version of executive assistant, or you can upgrade to no ads for a small fee.  It also will allow you to control facebook, twitter, google voice and a few other things.
