The list of USB devices in both outputs is the same. Did you disconnect the device for the second output?

For the user defined device I have got this:

USB Vendor ID (in hex): 0x0955
USB Product ID (in hex): 0x7100
USB Revision ID (in hex): 0x9999
Windows main memory vendor string: NI
Windows main memory ID string: ADAM

PS.
I have customized User Defined USB Driver plugin with those data and it looks like everything works

Bump. Any fix for that?

PS.
It takes about 16sec to detect a device when all other device plugins are disabled. Also User-Definied device information says that device is not connected :\

I think you need to post the Device detection log for the current version of Calibre for anyone to have a chance of diagnosing your problem. Kovid said that a driver had been added - are you saying this is not working. If you are using the User Defined device, what settings have you configured it to use?
