94 it was today. As Poohbear_nc knows, the deck is always hotter, but I didn't stay out long enough to check the deck temp. It's now midnight. I'm going out in a few minutes and pour the next section of concrete for the walk. I'll be buggered if I'm doing it in the heat of the day.

This nutty weather is going on all over the world. And geologic tragedies everywhere too. We need to take some sort of positive action.

I think it's high time we did something to appease Mother Nature. I'd suggest sacrificing a virgin but I don't think there are any any more. Any one else have any suggestions?

My meteorology professor in college theorized in one of his books that the Renaissance occured during an unusually warm trend in Europe. So even if we're roasting, perhaps we'll get some good books out of the deal??

What if we made a large group sacrifice of all persons wearing pink (yech!). That would at least look like we were trying to sacrifice virgins. And it would clean up our visual space some, too.
