CBZ -> PDF How to set image resolution

Hi,
I tried Calibre to put old Comics in CBZ format on an iPad
but image resolution of the resulting PDF is very bad compared with the original.
It seems because the plugin is translating for a small portable device,
but size of the document is not my concern.
Is it possible to set this image resolution ?
Thanks
JPL

You can A) Set the output profile to the profile for your device. This will cause the image to be resized for the device's screen size. B) In Input Options under comic input fiddle with the settings. One setting is to set a specific size. You can also disable image processing on comics completely there.

Thanks for your help.
I disabled image processing for comics as proposed, and set ouput profile to generic tablet (don't resize images), but strangely image size in the resulting PDF is about 10% smaller than the CBZ.
And the weight of the PDF is nearly double those of the CBZ (46 Mo vs 23 Mo), while conversion with Adobe Acrobat (function Combine files in one PDF) produce a 27 Mo file.
Do I make something wrong*?

Anyway I tried Calibre first time one year ago and I'm impressed by the improvements of this soft.
