Poor Badger.... Nothing worse than motion sickness. So to prevent/cure it, head for the Ginger.

Any form. Any shape. Ginger Ale, Ginger Snap cookies, fresh ginger from the sushi bar, candied ginger, gingerbread cookies. If you can find a good dive shop or a GNC type store, they will have ginger capsules.

It works. Better than any prescription medicines!

I hate flying too, mostly because it's so boring and there's no space to stretch and I feel stiff everytime I get up to retrieve the backpack. But my feelings aren't as severe as yours. I hope you would be alright on board!

As promised a picture of my new haircut. It's a bob that is shorter at the back than at the front. Tomorrow morning I will see if I can reproduce the volume effect but the hairdresser explained it well so there is hope.
