The Mississippi Delta was shining
Like a National guitar
I am following the river
Down the highway
Through the cradle of the civil war

I'm going to Graceland
Graceland
In Memphis Tennessee
I'm going to Graceland
Poorboys and Pilgrims with families
And we are going to Graceland
My traveling companion is nine years old
He is the child of my first marriage
But I've reason to believe
We both will be received
In Graceland

Karma to Paul Simon for this one! One of the all time greats!

Good morning, everyone! We finally get some real sunshine! Yippee!
Today starts with Keemun tea, rice, and Kalamata olives.

I wonder if a Keemun made with pekoe is as good a a Keemun made with whole leaf?

See? Maybe it's because of the leaf size? I wonder... I think I need to go back to that Chinese import shop and see if perhaps they were able to get more of that unbranded Keemun. That was some really fine tea!

Good morning everyone! I overslept today but nevertheless managed to get to work in time

Starting the day with a cup of Rooibos Glow of the Savannah. As with most of the flavoured Rooibos teas, it's growing on me. I definitely like it more after the second cup than after the first. I guess I just need some time to get used to the flavour.

Just 2 more Rooibos samples to go, and then I'll order my favourites!

Cannot comment on it. I don't have an opinion yet. While PekoeTea's Keemun has long leaves, I think The East India Co.' Keemun has small but I will double check it at home.
I think my next try of Keemun might be Keemun Hao Ya B and Keemun Mao Feng

I will also try to brew PekoeTea's Finest Keemun Mao Feng the way they suggest on wikipeadia Keemun tea
Quote:
Keemun Mao Feng (祁門毛峰) - A variety, where Mao Feng means Fur Peak, which is made of only slightly twisted leaf buds and is sometimes noted for a smoother and different flavor. Many people prefer to brew a smaller quantity of this tea for a longer time than usual, up to 7 minutes, to bring out more interesting tones in the tea.

Assam Mangalam.
Tea Hummer indeed.
I googled it and in other shops it looks like leaves, while the one I have from Tea House Emporium looks like tiny pellets. I think that is the reason why it is so strong. I get more tea in a tea spoon than if it had tea leaves shape.

I had my first heartburn/gas attack yesterday. It was awful. 16 hours of misery and my throat still feels raw.

Water.

Going to the grocery store for something strong then Tums and Pepto Bismal.

That was nice to watch! Thanks for posting the link. Unfortunately, the machine won't let me give you more Karma for it until I spread it around first, but this was definitely karma worthy!

Following her methods, I just made a Keemun that I can walk on.. Goooood stuff.
