Unless your refurring to Microsoft, or Linux, or Google as a "brand", I don't think so. Dell, or HP, or Asus, or ... don't have the same kind of "cult" following; only Apple.

I was actually thinking of a couple of different industries: automotive, fashion, sports teams.

The irony is, I'm pretty sure those people lining up are among the first to label others as sheeple.

They will have to ban ipods and iphones from classrooms, since religious symbols are not allowed (you know, separation of church and state).
