Shaky, but good, thanks. Had some rice tonight.

Well it seems to be the default position - finish work, then have a glass of wine or a beer and sit at the computer or watch a bit of telly. There must be more to life...

Bows and flows of angel hair and ice cream castles in the air
And feather canyons everywhere, i've looked at cloud that way.
But now they only block the sun, they rain and snow on everyone.
So many things i would have done but clouds got in my way.

I've looked at clouds from both sides now,
From up and down, and still somehow
It's cloud illusions i recall.
I really don't know clouds at all.

Good morning, world! I hope everyone is doing and being just as you wish. I am. I'm drinking Ahmad English Breakfast tea and eating a vegetarian Taco for breakfast. I've never had this before but I honestly can NOT tell the difference between it and one made with real meat (instead of textured soy protein.) Delicious, and only 100 calories per. (Brand is "Fantastic World Foods.)

I wonder whether it is another conman trying to milk cash from naïve or there is some truth in what he is saying.
"BEWARE THE DEADLY DI-HYDROGEN MONOXIDE!"

There is no doubt that all these nasty ingredients are in the composition of the plastic bottles... so don't eat them.

As for these nasties getting into the water? Perhaps if you were to drink several million liters a day there might be enough to make a health difference.

BUT... if you store protein-rich foods (such as beef) in 'some' plastics for a length of time, chemicals 'can' migrate from plastic wrap into the foods. Scientists have been working on this one for years now, and although they all do agree that the migration occurs (into proteins, not into water,) none will state that it is enough to cause a problem to the 'human' body.

However, if you are a mouse, do NOT store your plastic-wrapped steaks in the freezer for more than a month or two.

As for water being acidic? Well, carbonated water certainly is. Those little bubbles that tickle your nose come from carbonic acid. Any water with bubbles will have it. But is it really dangerous to the human body at those levels? Pretty doubtful. And plain water is normally pH neutral. Especially bottled water processed by 'reverse osmosis' as is usually the case.

Tacos are really messy. Difficult to eat them and keep the keyboard clean. I'm going back for thirds... Still only 300 calories for breakfast... good... and of course another mug of Ahmad English Breakfast Tea!
