23~1am: drink mate, or some tea, and a piece of chocolate.

I m 23 years old, 1,87 mts, weight 70~75 Kg. (don't trust the body fat factor... it usually tend to measure skinny people as skinnier and fat ppl as obese, its distorterd)

First of all: welcome to Mobileread. I do find your post a little rude, especially the first sentence. It's okay to tell people what they believe is wrong, but there's no need to tell them to 'cut the cr*p'.

While it's not true that calory intake late at night will cause weight gain, it is true that for most people the time between dinner and bedtime is the hardest part of the day. People tend to snack. That's why some dietitians tell their patients no eating after 8PM for example. All those snacks are extra calories. Small portions are the right way to go, although yours are really very small.

In my cup: a glass of water before going off to bed.
