I know I'm a bit late here, but I don't usually read this thread. Dixie, my heart goes out to you for all that's happened and all that you've lost. I am happy that you and Tim survived and that you have family to stay with. I hope you'll be able to start over and get your life back to normal. |

We dont get that from our cat, but i get it from my partner. Niether of us a large women by any stretch, but I am a bit taller and heavier than her. I can sleep with just a sheet almost year round. She uses the sheet, blanket and down comforter (Doubled up as my half is folded over onto her. And yet i still wake up with her clinging for heat.

The garbage pickup man..... He won't take all the garbage, I'm allowed to put out TWO cans (Same as everybody else on the street) But the neighbor only puts out ONE, so I put an extra can over there (The neighbor was cool with it) Making it so he had TWO cans. So when the garbage man came he left the note saying why he wouldn't take the can (yellow official tag with little boxes to check mark, on why he didn't pick up the can, too heavy, to many, on the road et cetera) He took a felt marker and wrote "Do NOT put can across the road!!!!, ahrg why oh why does it have to stay in the garage and stink the place up for another week!! We phoned WM and they said there was no problem with what we did. the garbage man is |

The cats definitely think it's winter, I can't sit down without one or both jumping onto my lap. Have filled up the wood bins and will probably light the fire tonight in self defence. it's still quite warm in the day though about 23 degrees (C). |

Bugger, it's cold. Looks like winter is around the corner. Looks like the electricity bill will climb a bit. . . . . Good news is I have a day job and they keep the aircon nice during the day which I don't pay for. (When I worked for myself I had to pay for heating 24/7 during winter)
