I was drafted to IDF at the age of 23. Doing anything physical because somebody told me to do it was a serious problem. One that I never managed to overcome and eventually we went separate ways.

I make it when I'm cooking Indian food for dinner. I don't drink it otherwise. I found a small bottle of tea spices in one of the import stores, and not knowing what it was, bought it to try. It turned out to be Chai, and pretty tasty chai at that! A small spoonful added to Assam tea, a healthy squirt of sweetened condensed milk, and I have a nice beverage to go along with the meal! It's the only tea I drink sweet and white.

Working on a pot of Red Plum Tea. I think I need to add a bit more tea next time. It tastes good but I am not getting that much plum. Normally I like that but this tastes different then it is described which makes me think that I made it too weak.
