That would depend on where he lives. I know all of those would be illegal in Europe. We have no right to back up anything unless the publisher specifically grants us that right.

I think a pretty solid rule of thumb for this site is: If you feel you need to post your arguments for why you think what you're asking for should be legal to your mind, then it's probably not an appropriate request here.
It's a red flag, sort of the way emails that contain explanations as to why they are not spam are almost always spam. |
