Take things as easily as it's possible to do under the circumstances. Reading your posts you are a very strong minded gal, but also make sure that you get enough sleep. Lecture over. Gran. | |

Dear Dixiegal, I really hope that you are o.k. I echo nohmi2 in hoping that you get some rest and sleep if you can. Please get some medical attention if you can, I really hope that you don't have any kidney damage. I am sorry for the lecture! You and Tim are in my prayers always. |

My prayers are for you, your family and neighbors Dixie. Anyone that's gone through an event as distressing as that needs all the help you can get. May you get all the assistance you need.

We finally got to go in today, but curfew to be out was 6:00. We salvaged a car and truck load. I don't know if I will ever see my home again, because it has slpped all but 1/4 inch from the foundation, and the roof is collapsing. While we were there, a bulldozer uncovered 11 bodies crushed in a basement. The house site was across the road and 3 down. That is 24 just from my block alone. We are certainly being fed. Church group is barbequing in heir parking lots, youth groups and cheerleaders and football players are going back and forth to everyone working, bringing plenty of cold drinks, fruit, snacks, and sandwiches. I'm exhausted. Had a scary breakdown when they sounded the curfew, because I had to leave my home. |
