Water in my cup. I've been trying to drink more water for the past couple of months, and I've finally gotten into a pretty good habit now.

I love the travel logs. Keep them coming when you can.!!
I am sitting in a hotel, travel for work, that is highly mediocre having a cup of Ming Xiang Oolong. I brought along my 12 ounce hiking thermoses so I can make tea at the hotel and bring it to my meetings. I'll need to bring some prepared tea bags because there is no way that 24 ounces is going to get me through the day. Well it could but I would not be happy. They came in handy at the airport. I made a couple of batches of tea when I was sitting in the waiting area and was ready to go on the plane. The Pu erh did not work so well in them, I am not sure why, but tomorrow I'll be making it in the hotel and transferring it to the thermoses. |

However, if you drink a lot of real Pu-Erh you might loose weight if the rest of your diet is good and I think it is ![]() Quote:
![]() If you are there and love coffee why not to enjoy probably a very good quality one? Woke up at 03.00 ![]() I think I can fairly accurately say what I think about it. It is probably one of the best from Fortnum and Mason. It is a good Assam. Is it better than Assam Harmutty from Tea House Emporium or Assam Hazelbank from NBTea? Nope. Maybe my palate is not sophisticated enough? I cannot rule this out. It looks quite different before infusion but the flavour is not better or no worse than the other two. It is more expensive though. Now, the last cup of New English Teas's English Breakfast. Finished. Never again. Then again, Twilight even worse and it is quite possible I won't be able to drink it at all. We will see. Last edited by astra; 04-27-2011 at 11:14 AM. |
