I like this Assam Hattialli. It is important to use the right amount of tea. If it is too much, then the flavour slants towards bitterness.

It's Monday here. We get the day off. So I'm at home drinking a latte.
Yesterday (Easter) we had lamb fillets for dinner. We don't tell our pet sheep what we eat. They suspect, though.

To be clear: the pet sheep are never on the menu. When we eat sheep it comes from the supermarket.
