I have the same problem, I can never get the userStyle.css files to work since I installed the newest version. When I first russified and then installed PRS+ the old way, I could get the default .css file to work to use my selected font, but I never had choices to change the font within the reader after that. They were never under the options for me. With the newest .exe version of PRS+, I now have various .css files to select, but none of them do anything.

One thing I noticed though when I convert my epubs is that it doesn't work if you leave out the quotes around any instances of the font name. You might try adding them, such as: font-family: "adobegaramondpro"; But I wish I could figure out my basic problem and not have to convert each ebook to specify the font. |

Also, I think the quotes are only necessary if the font-family name contains spaces. |

PRS+ custom CSS file is: /database/system/PRSPlus/style.css It's better NOT to use name style.css, put there whateverYouWantToCallIt.css and switch it on via book viewer settings. |

Big thanks to jackie_w for helping resolve my issue, all the various .css files are now loading correctly. I was using a wrong directory, and had some extra files not needed.

could get overwritten without notice, if you change CSS style options via PRS+ settings menu. |

Kartu, are you going to plan incorporate the media tag for the rest of the models in the next release?

			Hi

I am new to PRS+ and I have a question about Browse Folder. How can I setup the folder hierarchy on my PRS350 via Calibre? For example, I would like to arrange the books as Thriller Adventure: -Author1 ++Book1.epub ++Book2.epub ++Series 1 ***Book1OfSeries1.epub ***Book2OfSeries1.epub ++Series 2 ***Book1OfSeries2.epub ***Book2OfSeries2.epub -Author2 ... Historical Fiction -Author1 ++Book1.epub ++Book2.epub ++Series 1 ***Book1OfSeries1.epub ***Book2OfSeries1.epub ++Series 2 ***Book1OfSeries2.epub ***Book2OfSeries2.epub When I use Calibre to send books to Sony, all the books are arranged in Authors/Title Thanks Mimosa Last edited by mimosavj; 04-21-2011 at 11:43 PM. |

Use save to disk to set up how you want your books arranged then drag 'n' drop the files to your Sony rather than use calibre to send...

I paste form the issue 111:

"found it. Actually this affects all models. Changes to SD/MS card scan settings are applied only after restart (or USB connect/disconnect) " I rebooted the system 2-3 times, every time I add 2-3 books on the SD card and every time, the system report the new books. However this happens only if I remove the sd card from the sony and use it in a SD card reader in the pc. If I attach the reader (with the SD card inserted in the Sony) to the pc and put books in the sd, the scan is not performed. It is really strange, I know it is a really particular problem. Anyway, have you any suggestion on remove a particular cache file or other to avoid this? Thanks |

There might be some yet not quite understood detail. I don't have any more ideas at the moment. Anyway old way of completely disabling SD card scan (including cache) will return in the next release. |
