question about receiving replacement Nook Color under warranty

BN is mailing me a new Nook Color, and I have to send mine back

How quickly do I need to ship mine back after I receive the replacement?

I annotated a lot--is there a way to transfer those annotations to the replacement NC?

Is there an easy way to transfer over my internet bookmarks, etc.?

I would probably say as soon as possible. Did they not include any instructions on it? The last time I had to return something, they (Sony) asked that it be sent back immediately.

I think they gave me two weeks to mail it back. I sent it in the day after I received the new one and tested it.

I didn't have anything to transfer over.
