No matter how much I drink, I stay thirsty

I'm having a cup of Chines Blossom tea right now, and a bottle of water is standing nearby.

I'm wearing my little black dress today. I just came across my boss in the hall who took a good look at me and told me I look 'formal', with a big grin on his face. I guess that means I look good

Hmmm, I wonder if I'll see cute guy on the train tonight and what his reaction will be!

(yes, I know, I have to get over my fear and just talk to him ...)

I know you don't but just in case. Drinking a lot of strong black tea makes you feel thirsty. It doesn't dehydrate you, only makes your mouth feel dry. I read about it a few days ago but I don't remember what causes it. Maybe it was BS anyway

I finished the tin. Would not buy it again. It tasted better at home, but still nothing special to re-order it. It was tea from Taylors of Harrogate.

I very rarely drink black tea, so that can't be it. I guess it must have been just a feeling, because I drank as much as I do on other days. It's almost gone now

.Little black dress. Something every woman should have in her wardrobe. Just a plain black dress that you dress up or down, depending on the occassion. On workdays, mine goes with a belt and some jewelry. It's not short, I can't wear short skirts (too much running = strong muscular not-skinny legs). It's just above the knee.

As I'm typing this, I finished my bottle of water. Time for another I think!

We went for a nice little hike yesterday with the puppies. Hiking in our area normally involves what appears to be a nice stroll down hill without your fully realizing that the stroll up hill is going to be a challenge. We hike enough in this area to know that and were not bothered by the hike up.

The puppies were a bit more surprised. They both did great but they were on their dog beds sleeping by 9 PM, a full two hours early, and were not intersted in coming up on the bed to snuggle while we watched a couple hours of TV. A clear sign that they were wiped out.

As for the milk and chips and salsa, I need the protein boost, I like milk, and I love hot salsa.

I received a newsletter from NBTea and there is an interesting thing in it:

Tea experts who learned their craft across countries and continents last century are looking their age, if not already retired. The tea industry should be actively incorporating their skills, not benignly watching them disappear. When their expertise dies unrecorded it will be gone for ever. Can smell burning...?

Finished my Dr. Pepper, I love Chick fil a Mondays, and am working on my second pot of Rooibos Capetown.

It is amazing how slow I am to make my way through a pot of tea when I have work to do at work.

I brought home Taylors of Harrogate's Pure Ceylon. Waste of good tea in the office. I made a cup of it a couple of hours ago and tasted the flavour for the first time after I took it down to the office.

Although, it is 21.53 I have a cup of Emperors Yunnan.
