![]() Hey, that's another advantage. I no longer have to carry that heavy box full of glass bottles from my car to my appartment! Now I just need to find a good glass bottle I can refill every day ... In my cup: coke zero decaf. |

And I don't trust the quality of the water in most bottled water. There have been far too many scams with people selling tap water or hose water as designer water. I would rather replace my filter once every three months. But that is me. |

![]() My mom always makes sure she buys stuff what as little packaging as possible. We always had everything in glass bottles. I guess I grew up with the idea that plastic bottles are bad ![]() Quote:

Oh, I see.
I thought you were kidding that you care about packaging and recycling. Spoiler:
A cup of NBTea's Keemun. I drink it from a new cup. I bought Bodum UK Pavina glass, double walled, pair, 12 oz ![]() It is slightly bigger than Oscar Cups Both new filters that I bought a month ago are quite big and it was a bit inconvenient/awkward. The new cups are almost perfect ![]() |

Klean Kanteen is the company that I am thinking of. Nice recycled aluminum bottles with no coating.
Finished two pots of Keemun. Working on cup one of Diplomats Tea. |

It is a boring mix of Darjeeling and Assam. It is an ok cup of tea but works well when I want to make an individual small cup and don't want to make 16-18 ounces of something.

![]() "Don't ya cry when you see I'm gone" "Ya know there ain't no woman gonna settle me down" "I just gotta be traveling on" a-Singing... Green, Green, it's green they say On the far side of the hill, Green, Green, I'm going away Where the grass is greener still. ![]() Ohaio gozaimasu! Another pink morning in Japan and I've greeted it with a mug of Taylors of Harrogate's Yorkshire tea and a package of cheese that is that in name only. They forgot to include the flavor. Quote:
![]() We always get one of these when we are staying in SE Asian areas that require bottled water for both drinking and cooking. MUCH cheaper to use. When a single liter of water costs 10a in the supermarket, a 25 liter bottle delivered to the door only costs 20a-25a, and there is no carrying bottles from the car to the apartment either! Quote:
Speaking of which, I'll have a second cup of black (Yorkshire ) tea myself! Stitchawl |

I am lucky to live in a city that has good-tasting and safe tap water. I drink my water straight from the tap. In fact, I drink it room temperature straight from the tap. I'm not a big fan of ice water.
