For those who have been following the short stories I've been posting to my web site, I have actually moved my main site from a Blogspot to a real, full-featured web site. All the current stories are on that site, as well as samples of the first two Bridge Chronicles novels. I will also be posting previews this month of my upcoming novel, if [tribe] =, due in May.

The new site can be found at http://www.bridgechronicles.info. Let me know what you think of the new look. |

Their are several plot twist I haven't blogged about (have to leave some surprises for the reader.) Please stop by and say hello. Thanks, Dean M. This might be an indelicate question, but shouldn't some of these posts really be going in the author promo thread and not the blog promo thread? Isn't this thread more for people who are writing about books which are not their own? Maybe it's just me, but I feel like some people are sneaking in author promos here because they have a blog (about their own book) and so they can get in under both threads...

Nope, it is not just you...I feel the same way. In some cases I think it is just a mistake because the thread titles are so similar. They probably post it in the wrong one and don't even realize it. In other cases, I think it is intentional and used as another self-promo opportunity. I still see quite a few indirect and direct self-promo comments.

So I'm doing something new. I'm sponsoring Suzanne Adair's book "Paper Woman" for the Blog Tour de Force. Why am I telling you this? Because you stand to win a bunch of potential prizes for participating! If nothing else, you can pick up a copy of the book that won the Patrick D. Smith Literature Award by visiting the author's blog on April 21st, the day her book goes head to head with another. Find out more details on my blog post.

In other news, I have a new giveaway up to win one of two paranormal romances (Smashwords Coupon). Check that out here! You can still get in on a free copy of Sugar and Spice here! And you still have a few days to enter to win a copy of a thriller here! If you're just in the mood for a review or two, check out my blog, where I review books 2-5 times a week

It's my second review this month. I admire Grace Krispy's energy and prolific reviewing + blogging. I don't think I'll ever get to that rate, but I'll tell myself that I'm just trying to make each review as polished as possible. Ms. Krispy, you're a superwoman! |
