For those who have been following the short stories I've been posting to my web site, I have actually moved my main site from a Blogspot to a real, full-featured web site. All the current stories are on that site, as well as samples of the first two Bridge Chronicles novels. I will also be posting previews this month of my upcoming novel, if [tribe] =, due in May.

Just checking in to mention my Author's Blog.

I'm a combat pilot and current commercial pilot. I blog about everything from aviation to fitness. While my primary blog posts relate to the science and first contact scenario that formed the premise of my novel.

Their are several plot twist I haven't blogged about (have to leave some surprises for the reader.)

This might be an indelicate question, but shouldn't some of these posts really be going in the author promo thread and not the blog promo thread? Isn't this thread more for people who are writing about books which are not their own? Maybe it's just me, but I feel like some people are sneaking in author promos here because they have a blog (about their own book) and so they can get in under both threads...

Nope, it is not just you...I feel the same way. In some cases I think it is just a mistake because the thread titles are so similar. They probably post it in the wrong one and don't even realize it. In other cases, I think it is intentional and used as another self-promo opportunity. I still see quite a few indirect and direct self-promo comments.
