I will It's going to be a day filled with hard work though: first collecting the various pieces of my new wardrobe and then assembling the wardrobe ... Thank you I wish I could get new clothes as well, but I'll only be getting the closet. Maybe wardrobe isn't the correct word? But I'll probably go shopping this weekend, and I'm pretty sure I'll find some things I can use to fill up my wardrobe/closet/whatever.

No more coffe, just tea, brought me surprises. I started with oolong, had 4 cups of it, before, during and after lunch. Very happy with it.

Cina Oolong
TIE GUAN YIN
fermented 10%
3 gr. 10 cl.
Infusion 0,40 - 1 mn
Temp water 80°C
Use before 12/2011

That is what was written on a sticky label on paper bag, that I transfered to the tin.

Than I made me a cup of Ceylon. The first reaction, coming from the smooth motherly oolong, has been to put milk or sugar in the black tea. So that's the black tea story, something very intense that you have to smooth down in the flavor range of the good unfermented ones. And a small pinch of it goes a long way. But the leafs ... what a difference. Once opened by the steeping, the Oolong leafs were intact with their beautiful dragon shape, and firm. While the black tea leaves were just residuals. I put some milk in the Ceylon and as a matter of fact it went in the right direction. Actually, why not? In the morning with breakfast, a lot of it, like I used to have in Glasgow.

Now I made me a cup of my beloved Keemun. It is not as harsh as the Ceylon, and the aroma is very catching, I don't feel the urge to smooth it down, but still is a cup of tea much sharper than oolong, worst? better? different. oolong i can really drink a lot of it, it goes down like my body had been waiting for it. Like if I were kissing ... Keemun I have to sip it, like I had to kiss my sister. Ceylon I had to put milk in it, than I could have large gulps.


For Keemun I have used the suggestion of the pretty London lady of Astra, lot of tea and short steeping time. Remember?

Same thing with oolong. I mean 1 mn, if that is not short?

Like there are certain times for black, green, white but not for oolong. It is a tea to drink all day for pleasure
